ACTIVE membership requires a total of 30 hours of community service of which 10 hours can be from outside non-AGS sponsored events so long as the organization is non-profit and you are not an employee there. The fee for Active membership is $15 per semester.

INACTIVE membership requires a total of 15 hours of community service of which 5 hours can be from outside non-AGS sponsored events so long as the organization is non-profit and you are not an employee there. The fee for Inactive membership is $25 per semester. Inactive members cannot hold office.

General meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 3-4pm in Building 16 Room 1. All members are required to attend at least 3 general meetings. If a member cannot make it to the general meetings, they have up to one week's time to make it up by going to an AGS Office Hour located in our AGS office within the Student Life Center Building 9C. AGS office hours are posted on our website at
ags.mtsac.edu as well as on the door of the office itself.

We here at Alpha Gamma Sigma are inspired and dedicated to making a positive difference in our community while enriching our developing strong professional/leadership and personal values through service.  We encourage you to join us in our effort.
